2024 marks the 10th anniversary of Aide Philippines. To celebrate this important milestone, we are organising a Charity Dinner. It will be an evening where we reflect on the last decade, sharing our beginnings, challenges and experiences we made along the way. This event is not only an opportunity to celebrate our successes and discuss future projects, but it also serves as a big thank you towards all of you who supported Aide Philippines over the past 10 years.

In the Beckerich area, there are several parking lots at your disposal.
Arrival
When you arrive, you can register at reception. Your tickets are ready for you here and you can also pay the entrance fee if you haven’t done so yet. It can be paid with Euros and Bekis. You can freely select your ticket. This is important for the prize draw later, because your ticket number also serves as your lottery number.
There is no fixed seating order in the room, so you can sit as you like. However, a few tables are reserved, which is then marked on the spot.
Menu highlights
For our culinary journey, we are working together with several partners, all of whom are experts in their own field. The renowned caterer Steffen Traiteur from Steinfort serves us an extraordinary buffet. The dessert comes from the well-known Maison Oberweis. A selection of wines to complement our menu has been meticulously compiled by Caves Vinel. In addition, we are supported by students from the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg.

A little teaser to our programme
A special attraction is already waiting for you at the doors where a spectacle will set the right mood for the evening. We will build an intercultural bridge to the Phlippine archipelago. Our dedicated students from École Privée Fieldgen will tell you more about FieldgenGoesSolar and introduce you to our plans for the next two years. Together with our partner MiiR.concepts, we are happy to present an exciting project that will open a new chapter for our association.
Musically, the evening will be accompanied by Georges Liesch and Lex Gillen.
At the end of the evening, the prize draw will take place, to which our partners have kindly sponsored. Your ticket automatically serves as your lottery number.
